From Convotherm comes the only mobile combi oven on the market created for mobile caterers. It is a Mobile oven with no need to plug it into the mains. 6-grid 2/3 GN electric, steam injection with digital controls (see OES6:06MET for Easy Touch).

If you are operating in a hard water area it is highly recommended that you have a water softener with this oven.
