Falcon Dominator 4-Burner Range for medium duty use, with 1/1 GN oven and heavy duty cast iron pan supports. For use in professional catering. Also available with drop-down door. 

This is a great 4-Burner for smaller restaurants and pubs, designed for easy use and fast cleaning. The Falcon Dominator G3161 has a large oven and large hob open top burners with fixed high and low settings. It is fitted with flame failure device for added safety. Fitted with legs as standard but castors are available as optional extra. Comes with 2x oven  shelves. 600mm wide
