Firex' asnwer to Rational's 157or you. For fast and large volume cooking this unit is space-saving and economical.

It can be used as a bratt pan, a braising pan, a kettle or a fryer. It also has optional pressure cooking. The drain option is for draining excess boiling water or water used to wash the unit. But if you don't require this feature it's not essential to traditional cooking.

The bottom of the tank is divided into independent heating zones, it is entirely covered by the heating elements. Each of the elements can reach and maintain the required temperature, adjusting accordingly. (DFIE100_v2 pitcured above)
