Following on the success of the CT1 Lincat have developed an upgraded version, the CT2. Its particular innovation is to deliver exceptional energy savings and reduced operational costs, increasing your profit margin offering up to 50% energy savings compared to its predecessor the CT1. It has the ability to put itself into low power mode and then to sprint to toasting when it detects a slice of bread. At 365mm wide, it is even narrower than the CT1 making it much easier to fit on the buffet table which is what it's designed for. Easy operation for your customers to use it independently.
