A great solution for cafes, bars and bakeries. The E3 is 5x faster than a conventional oven, combining convection heat and microwave heat.  It has a turning table which ensures even browning particularly important when baking.  Great for menus that are protein heavy.  This oven has an in-built catalytic converter, making it ventless – ideal for premises where there is no pre-existing ventilation.
