Tournus' ROLL'Service banquet carts are designed to preserve food at its best as it comes out of the oven and to remain so until service. The focus on these units is to maintain the flavour and moisture exactly as intended even hours after preparation. The simple design makes them easy to use efficient and reliable. The control panel is touch sensitive ensuring water tightness. The rock wool insulation not only ensures maximum heat retention but also energy efficiency. This 10-tier unit comes with optional humidification control to add extra moisture to warming foods. It is controlled by 5 pre-set cycles and comes with a removable tank with 2 litres capacity which can last up to 24 hours.
